About the Event
Live classes will be held twice weekly via Zoom. A link to join will be sent at the beginning of our
series. Each live session will include a 30 minute practice with 10 minutes open for discussion.
After each session, recordings will be emailed to you to participate in at any time. One-on-one
sessions can be scheduled as an add on if you'd like personal guidance from Kim.

- Sun salutation sequence
- Alignment and safety in your poses
