About the Event
Live classes will be held once weekly via Zoom on Wednesday evenings at 7pm CST. A link to join will be sent at the beginning of our series. Each live session will include a 60 minute practice with 10 minutes open for discussion.
After each session, recordings will be emailed to you to download and participate in at any time. One-on-one
sessions can be scheduled as an add on if you'd like personal guidance from Kim.Â
