About the Event
Join us and enjoy a balanced, gentle yoga flows that will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and connected to nature. Yoga in the Park classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga and are 100% FREE! Modifications are always offered to help you find the right amount of challenge and ease for your practice.
** We will be practicing and following safe social distancing guidelines with our mats spaced 6 feet apart.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat and towel (sometimes the grass is a little damp or muddy)
• Positive and open mindset
