Private Yoga Sessions
Private Yoga Sessions give us the opportunity to work together towards a specific goal. Whether you are new to yoga and want to learn the basic fundamentals or you're a seasoned yogi looking to advance your practice, private yoga sessions can take you there. We can meet virtually on Zoom or in-person for your session. Private group sessions are also available.
Trauma Informed Approach to Yoga
Healing begins the moment you decide to take that first step towards recovery. Let yoga help you physically move past your limitations and challenge your mind. Studies have proven the effects of mediation and the physical practice of yoga to help improve ones ability to move past traumatic events. Classes will be designed specifically with a bottoms up approach to healing with the goal of bringing the mind and body back into alignment with each other.
