Retreat for Women

Are you interested in learning more about the mind-body connection and ways to improve your self-care game? Then this evening retreat workshop is for you! Join other women and learn about ways to redefine your wellness, reduce stress and anxiety, and build connections, because lets face it, life can get hard and having a tribe of supportive women makes it easier!


Our time together will include:

  • Guided yoga & meditation practices

  • Stress-Reduction & Self-Care Workshops

  • Chef prepared dinner and treats

  • Welcome bag

This is your opportunity to get a taste at what a yoga retreat is all about right here in Prattville! The event is open to women only and would be a perfect evening for a girls night with friends!

This is for you if:

  • You are looking to connect with other like minded women

  • Caring for others has taken priority over caring for yourself

  • You have been working hard at your profession, school, and/or family- and you need some time dedicated just to YOU

  • Yoga is a bit new to you but you want to go deeper (or you’ve never done yoga!)
